Return policy

Returns Policy:

  • Kraze Price offers a warranty on all goods purchased, on behalf of and in line with the warranty policy undertaken by the manufacturer/supplier of the Products, provided that the Products have not been altered or used, contrary to the instructions. Warranty is usually 3 months from date of purchase and is a repair warranty, unless otherwise stated.
  • If the Products are found to be defective during the warranty period, you may send an email to info@krazeprice.co.za. You shall also be required to produce the original invoice as proof of purchase. Where the Product is found to be defective, the manufacturer/supplier, shall, at its sole discretion;
    (a) repair or replace the failed, unsafe or defective Product; or
    (b) refund you the price paid for it.
  • Kraze Price strives to go the extra mile with all our customers, so if you decide to change your mind about one of our products, we will do our best to make things right.
  • Products which are NOT defective or damaged or which you found to be unsuitable, can be returned within 7 (seven) days from date of delivery. This is subject to the Products being in its original condition, not tampered with, and the packaging/manuals/cables/remote control units etc. being in its original condition.

What to do next:

  1. Contact us at info@krazeprice.co.za within 7 days of your product being delivered to organise an exchange or credit authorisation. Please note that our team may require photos/serial number of your Product to confirm its status.
  2. Pack your item and Prepare the item in its original packaging, complete with all original accessories and manuals. Large appliances which have been installed will need to be disconnected prior to collection.
  3. Prepare to send in the case of a large appliance (or any product unable to fit in a normal vehicle), we will organise a weekday date for one of our friendly drivers to pick up the product. 
  4. The cost for collection of Products will be quoted Per Collection Per Location and may be for your account if in our opinion the product is not defective.
  5. Receive your exchange/credit.  Once your returned goods have arrived at Kraze Price warehouse, they will be inspected by our team and your exchange or credit will be processed – this typically takes an average of 7 working days. (Depending on the product)
  6. Credits and exchanges are for the full value of your returned goods only and not for the delivery. 
  7. The following May Not be returned or refunded:
  8. Delivery & Installation Costs, Gift Vouchers.
  9. No Returnable or Refundable items
  10. Digital Content
  11. PPE, Face Masks and similar items, Medical and related Items, COVID-19 Items
  12. Worn Clothing items
  13. Any Damaged or Abused items

Handling Fee:

Kraze Price is entitled to charge a minimum 15% handling fee if the products are not returned like new, such as:

  • Where the product has been opened
  • Where the returned item is missing parts or product accessories including manuals
  • In the case of small items, where the item is damaged due to not being properly packaged by the customer for its return shipment

On TV’s Purchased that are found not faulty the number of hours of usage on the unit gets calculated by supplier & a ” Hours viewed” charge will be calculated accordingly too.

Faulty Products:

If your goods are deemed faulty ON Delivery your product may at our discretion be replaced free of charge by contacting info@krazeprice.co.za

  1. No additional Delivery charges will be charged to the customer if the product is faulty on delivery.

If your products becomes faulty or defective after the 7 day period, the product will need to be booked into the supplier for assessment.

  • Please note if a Technician is sent to a customers house and the product is not faulty, the customer could be liable for the call out fee, Handling costs, Delivery and Collection Charges and any other charges.
  • Customers may be required to deliver the product to the warehouse 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and We will make a Payment to Your Bank Account Provided by you , within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your bank and give them the confirmation you received from us, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@krazeprice.co.za.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@krazeprice.co.za.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail us at: return@krazeprice.co.za.

We will nedd the following details to arange the collection.

1, Your Full Name and Sur Name

2. Your Contact details  Email address, Telphone Number.

3. Your Full Address (and instructions on time that the parcel can be collected).

 

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your items ( if your items are found to be damaged, broken, or misused by yourself). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
